Lake Tyrrell, in the Mallee region in north-west Victoria, covers an area of almost 21,000 hectares and has been shaped by thousands of years of geological changes.  Lake Tyrrell is a fragment of an ancient megalake known as Lake Bungunnia.  It  has become an unlikely tourism hot-spot, partly because of the beautiful sunrises and sunsets and the way the sky is reflected on the lake’s shallow waters. Photographer Anne Morley has produced the best-known collection of photographs of the lake and its surrounds and the best of them are featured in this book.
