The aim of this book is to provide a resource for new and existing land managers so that Goulburn’s unique natural heritage can be understood and at least partially restored. With vision and purpose the plants that evolved there and the structure of their habitat might again thrive, and with them some of the wildlife that was once so diverse and abundant. The book primarily addresses the vegetation of rivers and creeks and the lands immediately around them.
