Australian Weird and Wonderful Wattles (Revised and Expanded)

This publication looks at various interesting and unusual aspects of common wattles and then a closer look at some of the weirdest and more unusual species that are also worthwhile growing, featuring Acacia aphylla, A. glaucoptera, A. denticulosa, A. peuce, A. alata, A. baileyana var. purpurea, A. leprosa ‘Scarlet Blaze’ and to a lesser extent, various other species  also covered with stunning photography. Some are proving to be extremely popular with garden designers and florists. These are examples of once rare and unavailable wattles becoming more widely available. Some of these are very drought hardy and really look good in a rock garden or xeroscape amongst succulents.
