A Guide to Native Orchids of South Western Australia (Third Edition)

The south-west of Western Australia has only terrestrial native orchids but with around 450 such species it has a high proportion of the terrestrial orchids found in Australia.

This is an orchid guide with a difference.  Instead of covering all species with total distribution areas, this book treats a representative collection of orchids in great detail.  The specific sites for each orchid are illustrated with mud maps.  The book cross-references some 275 orchids with approximately 230 sites in the greater south-west of Western Australia.  Every orchid is photographed in colour.
